Provide technical/scientific application presentations to (potential) key customers
Develop application recipes based on the professional application experience of savory,
snack and seasoning and make demonstration sample for technical promotion
Promote the new products to customers and industry in close cooperation with sales
team
Support sales through technical advice, training and customer trials
Conduct the tasting, sensory evaluation and interpret the results to customers
Contribute to address the value of our products to the customer and industry in
combination with your technical expertise.
Operate and manage the collaborative project with the key account and catch the
business opportunities.
Background: University Degree or Advanced Diploma in food science, food chemistry, food
technology or other related area.
Skill & Language
Extensive knowledge on savory system and the applications
Understanding organoleptic evaluation techniques
Extensive knowledge of raw materials, food ingredients, food processing, costing as well
as functionality, compatibility and stability
High level of understanding of food regulations
Skilled ability to generate technical presentation
Enjoy working with customers, happy to give technical presentations and training
Willingness to travel regularly
Fluent in English and skilled ability to use MS Office
Experience:
Minimum 6-year experience in a food development, manufacturing, food application and
related area
