This position is responsible for ensuring of management system, mechanic system, electric system, project management, infrastructure, tooling effectively and smart. 
Developing, managing and controlling the tooling, infrastructure, mechanic and electric system to help the business growth.
Providing general direction and supervision to the maintenance team to run the business well; Ensures industrial engineering and maintenance function in the achievement of specific objectives set for the company.
To ensure relevant mechanical engineering master / supports as a total in the whole factory in meeting set key performance indicators for Maintenance.

1.    Education
    Vietnamese with University Degree in related.
    Good in English 
    Professional industrial engineering, electrical system qualification
    Good working knowledge of MS Office applications 
2.    Experience in Maintenance Management
    Furniture experience is preferred
    Minimum 3 years working experience in Maintenance Manager 
    Strong experience in KPI for Maintenance team
